    What a treat! I have the good fortune to be doing a daily workout at the Simi Valley YMCA; Steve O’Neill has been a brilliant mentor to many of us. In addition to his professional skills, he has something else to offer that is rare and precious = empathy. He works at your level; I’ve never felt awkward or clumsy when I cannot do a specific exercise.

    At 80, with a history of genetic heart disease, I am highly functioning thanks to the good guidance I receive (plus an optimal diet).
