Tom Mueller, cofounder of the Ventura Improv Company, speaks with Our Ventura TV host, George Alger, about training and nurturing individual talents. Mueller states that “Improv is far too important to leave to the professionals.” He elaborates that Improv is great for team building and that almost anyone can participate in the fun of improvisational theater.

Mueller discusses the basic techniques of Improv, as well as the applicability of improvisational skills to life and expresses a fundamental concept of creating cheerfulness and joy in the audience.
