Stephen J. Schrader is the author of Counterintuitive Analysis, which is a process to achieve thinking outside of the box and thinking originally. In this interview with Our Ventura TV host, George Alger, Schrader discusses the four primary steps of Counterintuitive Analysis

Schrader is a former career U.S. Army Counterintelligence Agent and a disabled combat vet. As a spy, he specialized in ‘Human Intelligence’ and ‘Counterintelligence Analysis’ operations. Since then, he has authored many books, including Counterintuitive Analysis, which guides the reader through a process of addressing the ‘impossible to solve’ questions of science and technology, as well as one’s life.

His success in the service was a result of getting beyond our greatest obstacle to personal advancement: ourselves.
