Rob Hess has been practicing yoga of many forms for twenty years. In this interview with Our Ventura TV host, Petrina Sharp, Rob talks about yoga as a way to stay healthy and how the practice has improved his life.

He discusses elongating the muscles, improving flexibility, increasing blood circulation and the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of yoga.

Rob encourages students to enjoy the journey rather than fighting to get to the destination.

    Rob Hess has an excellent message about an important subject. Having said that, I feel compelled to add that there is an excess of “you know” and “I mean”. I like the fact that he isn’t slick and facile but his public speaking needs a small overhaul.
