Foothill Technology High School student, Mallory McPherson-Wehan, discusses challenges and opportunities for students in Ventura.
She talks about drugs and alcohol in high school as well as the Every 15 Minutes program, which is an educational experience that dramatizes the dangers associated with driving while impaired and texting. Mallory also talks about the uses of technology in school and as part of the social experience amongst her peers and also touches upon community service and volunteerism. She also expresses her enthusiasm for Ventura Show Choir.
