Commander Guy Stewart and Rabbi Aryeh Lang speak with Our Ventura TV host, Bob Taylor, about Saving Lives Camarillo, which seeks to prevent the abuse of drugs and alcohol among Middle and High School students in Camarillo. They also discuss the danger of prescription drug abuse.
Saving Lives Camarillo is a nonprofit that started in 2009 and is one of over 700 coalitions around the nation that serve their local population.
Commander Guy Stewart is a veteran of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department. He was hired in the fall of 1984 and he graduated from the Sheriff’s Academy early in 1985.
Rabbi Aryeh Lang is the Executive Director of the Chabad Jewish Center of Camarillo. He is a native of Miami and Brooklyn and studied in Israel, as well as the Rabbinical College of America. He is a veteran of global volunteer Jewish community work.
