Two-time cancer survivor, Rachel Shur (originally diagnosed with terminal leukemia), discusses her attitude about cancer and the founding of the United Cancer Advocacy Action Network (ucaan.org), which she established in 2009.
UCAAN provides aid to cancer survivors/patients after diagnosis. Part of her philosophy is “attitude is everything” in regards to surviving cancer and finding some way to laugh about it.
