Thank you for this interview. Worth mentioning: licensed, certified home cooks would fit perfectly into President Biden’s END HUNGER plan. Biden’s plan creates a multi-agency approach to ending hunger in America by 2030.

This interview was both amazing and informative ! Today, the President of the America speaks about creating agencies to remedy the hunger crisis in our country. And in the meantime, this entrepreneur had ALREADY taken on the task with proven results…helping people understand how to make nutritional meals.
Ideally, the President will incorporate her offering in the multi-agency approach over the coming years. In the meantime, her to-be-released book will likely jumpstart the solution to hunger in America…. PLUS provide people with at-home employment in the preparation of the food for delivery.

One of Alexia’s outstanding attributes is she sees the big picture from 30,000 ft with all its complexities and then formulates and applies the solution at street level. Making words into actions is the stuff of good leadership. We are fortunate to be able to support the work of a visionary of Alexia’s high rank.
