For a quick, healthy snack, put some grapes in a plastic bag and put them in the freezer. Wait about an hour and then throw them in a blender along with your favorite fruit and juices. Mix it up and you have a tasty treat! Kids love it. And moms love it too!

    I lost 145 pounds on my regimen which does not include smoothies however, I do recommend just freezing grapes as a healthful and delicious replacement for ice cream and sorbet. And for a treat that tastes absolutely decadent, freeze Globe grapes.
