Jamie Kuhl discusses the art of recycled wood with Our Ventura TV host, George Alger.
Kuhl got his start in the 70’s, working with Jim Cooper in Brooklyn, NY, where they built cabinets and fabricated custom work for artists such as Don Judd, Joe Shapiro, Chuck Close.
Kuhl touches upon influences such as Gerrit Thomas Rietveld, who is part of De Stijl (Dutch for “The Style”), which is an art movement from the early 20’s. Dutch Painter, Piet Mondrian, was a principle member.
