Cancer Survivor, Rachel Shur, Talks About The United Cancer Advocacy Action Network

Cancer Survivor, Rachel Shur, is interviewed by “Our Ventura” host Annie Gabriel. Rachel was 26 years old when she was diagnosed with cancer and was given a 10% chance of survival.

More specifically, she was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL), a subtype of acute myelogenous leukemia (AML), which is a cancer of the blood and bone marrow.

Rachel founded the non-profit, United Cancer Advocacy Action Network (ucaan.org), as a support group for cancer patients.
