  • WAV Eco Arts Fest at Artwalk Ventura 2013

    Event organizer, Andrew Cummins, talks about the WAV’s (Working Artists Ventura) Eco Art Fest 2013, which was part of the downtown Artwalk Ventura 2013. This was the first time Thompson Street (in front of the WAV) was closed for a street fair. Andrew acknowledges Katrina Maksimuk, Davey Miller, the Downtown Ventura Organization (DVO), Mitra Cline and Stew Birbrower for their efforts in making this weekend happen. Also visible are Larissa Strauss, Petrina Sharp, Luther Gerlach and many other artists.

  • Wildlife Tracking and Animal “Linkages”


    Environmentalist, Michael Berry, is Co-Founder of the non-profit Channel Islands Tracking Team. In this Our Ventura TV interview with Hanna Lynn Roth, he talks about some of their activities, which include monitoring the biological diversity of the Channel Islands region of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Western Los Angeles counties. The group is comprised of volunteers and citizen scientists who love nature and want to learn about wildlife tracking.
