Step Up Ventura is a nonprofit that provides childcare and preschool for homeless children, ages birth to 5, for no cost to the parents. They offer nurturing, calming, and appropriately stimulating activities throughout the day with specially trained early childhood educators, caregivers, and mental health workers.
