Community advocate, Ed Wehan, speaks in favor of Ventura Measure O. The Ventura City Council has placed revenue measure O on the ballot for the November 8, 2016 general municipal election. If adopted by the voters, the measure would increase the sales tax rate by one-half percent within the city limits.

The Color Run – Ventura, CA (78sec)
This year’s Color Run was held on October 17, 2015 in downtown Ventura. The Color Run is an International event series and 5K “paint race.” The untimed event has no official winners and the runners are showered with colored powder, made of food-grade corn starch, at stations along the run, leaving runners covered in a rainbow of colors.
